Fritz Steiger is a Christian business leader, philanthropist, and policy pioneer based in Bentonville, Arkansas. He is the founding executive of the Wal-Mart Foundation, co-founder of the Texas Public Policy Foundation, Children First America, the Justice Foundation, and founder and CEO of the Deltox Foundation (501c3). He is the author of Divine Disruption: Restoring America to God's Providence (Deltox Publishing, 2026).
Fritz Steiger grew up on a cattle ranch in Wyoming. He would go on to establish the Wal-Mart Foundation and cofound three of America's most consequential conservative policy organizations.
He cofounded the Texas Public Policy Foundation, now among the nation's most cited conservative policy institutes, and Children First America, the organization that put school choice on the national legislative agenda. He also helped cofound the Justice Foundation, a public interest law firm dedicated to overturning Roe v. Wade.
What God has accomplished through Fritz — through hard work, faithfulness, and obedience to the leading of the Holy Spirit — has impacted millions, beginning most importantly with his own family.
Now, with his children grown, Fritz has stepped back into the arena. Bold. Prayerful. Using everything God gave him to set America on the right path.
Fritz currently resides in Bentonville, Arkansas, and serves as founder, chairman, CEO and president of Deltox, Inc. and the Deltox Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting cultural and spiritual renewal across America.
